Looking to add an Architect to our growing team! We are looking for an individual that has experience designing Multifamily Apartments and Senior Assisted Living projects.
The candidate must have 5-7 years’ experience and a B.S. of Architecture. Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is required. Proficiency with AutoCAD LDD and WaterCAD software is preferred.
Must be licensed or willing to become licensed!
Architectural Drafter
Looking to add an Architect to our growing team!Ideal candidates will have 3-6 years’ experience and/ or a B.S. of Architecture or similar. Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is required. Proficiency with AutoCAD and /or Archicad software is preferred, but will consider a candidate who can ramp up quickly. Experience with BIM programs and 3D modeling a plus!

Maintenance Supervisor
Maintenance Supervisor, whose responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting property in overseeing the activities of assigned staff and vendors to ensure the maintenance of the property, facilities and equipment. This is achieved by ensuring all work orders are completed in 24 hours, assisting management in developing and implementing staff as well as programs to ensure appropriate standards are achieved.
Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technician, whose responsibilities include but is not limited to, maintaining and repairing different areas of the property. This is achieved by performing work orders, assisting in the maintenance of interior and exterior systems and preparing apartments for occupancy according to protocols. Turning units to new condition including painting, cleaning and general maintenance.
Junior Regional
The Junior Regional Property Manager acts under the direction of the Area Manager and will be responsible for Project Management, Accounting, and other responsibilities. Required experience to include leasing and/ or property management with knowledge of regional responsibilities, a 4 year degree, and at least 3 years of property management experience.
