Maintenance Supervisor, whose responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting property in overseeing the activities of assigned staff and vendors to ensure the maintenance of the property, facilities and equipment. This is achieved by ensuring all work orders are completed in 24 hours, assisting management in developing and implementing staff as well as programs to ensure appropriate standards are achieved.
Maintenance Technician, whose responsibilities include but is not limited to, maintaining and repairing different areas of the property. This is achieved by performing work orders, assisting in the maintenance of interior and exterior systems and preparing apartments for occupancy according to protocols.
